Trish has been doing Cross fit since the 8th grade when her school made it a part of the P.E. course. She has been consistent with commitment for 4 years. She says, "I love it because there is and always will be something to get better at."
She was inspired to get her Level 1 in October of 2017. She has been coaching ever since and loves it.
Her favorite movements are dead lifts and rowing (and she's really good at them too). Plus she really enjoys any lifting movement.
She thinks its always fun "makin' memories" with a good team.
