Our schedule has evolved through the years based on the needs of our members. Below you’ll find our most current daily schedule. Our coaches rotate weekly, ensuring that you get the benefit of a variety of coaching cues and tips.

Our box is open six days a week:

Monday- Friday @ 5:15a/6:30a/12:00*/4:30p/5:30p

Saturday @ 8:30 am ONLY

Sunday CLOSED

*12:00 noon class is ladies only on Tuesdays & Thursdays
